PROJECT OVERVIEW
Ferguson Construction was proud to partner and complete this significant manufacturing and warehouse addition project in New Castle, Indiana. This 206,250 square foot facility was built for a returning customer, TS Tech, and demonstrated our ongoing commitment to excellence and strong client relationships. Our previous successful projects for TS Tech were in Columbus, Ohio, further cementing our reputation as a trusted construction partner.
This large-scale project involved both our in-house design and build teams. The pre-engineered metal building was designed and built to meet the specific needs of the automobile seat manufacturing industry. The expansive 375 x 550′ space now provides enhanced manufacturing capabilities and ample storage for the client’s operations.
